Operator

This website and configuration service are operated by Ridgeline Shops LLC, doing business as Ridgeline Archery, Missouri.

Contact: ridgelinearchery@gmail.com

Purpose of Service

The website allows customers to research, configure, save, and submit requested archery equipment setups for potential fulfillment by a participating independent pro shop.

The website may provide:

  • Product information
  • Guided product selection
  • Configuration tools
  • Saved builds
  • Equipment suggestions
  • Dealer matching
  • Approximate dealer distance
  • Arrow-spine guidance
  • Build-request submission

Build Request Is Not a Purchase

Submitting a build request through this website does not complete a retail purchase, does not charge your payment method, and does not by itself obligate you to purchase the requested equipment.

A submitted build request communicates your requested configuration to the selected fulfilling dealer. Product availability, final configuration, final pricing, applicable taxes, dealer service charges, and any other terms of sale are subject to confirmation by the fulfilling dealer before the retail transaction is completed.

Final Retail Transaction

The final retail transaction occurs separately with the fulfilling dealer. For the initial Ridgeline implementation, that dealer may be Ridgeline Archery. As the platform expands, other participating dealers may be independently owned and operated retailers.

Each independent dealer is responsible for its own:

  • Retail sale
  • Payment processing
  • Tax collection and remittance
  • Fulfillment
  • Installation and workmanship
  • Customer service
  • Return and refund policies
  • Other retailer obligations

Ridgeline does not guarantee the acts of future independent dealers.

Special Orders and Deposits

Some configurations may require products to be specially ordered. Submitting the website build request alone does not authorize Ridgeline or a dealer to charge a deposit.

If a deposit or separate commitment becomes necessary, the fulfilling dealer must communicate that requirement separately and obtain your agreement before proceeding.

Pricing

The website attempts to display accurate and current pricing. However:

  • Manufacturer pricing may change
  • Dealer pricing may change
  • Product data may contain errors
  • Service fees may change
  • Applicable taxes may vary
  • Availability may change

Displayed totals should therefore be treated as subject to dealer verification until the final retail transaction. The current website does not process the final retail payment.

Product Availability

Displaying a product or configuration does not guarantee that it is physically in stock. Some products may need to be ordered. Products may become unavailable, discontinued, backordered, or temporarily unavailable.

If a requested product cannot be obtained, the dealer may contact you regarding alternatives. You are not obligated to accept a substitute merely because a build request was submitted.

Product Information

Ridgeline makes reasonable efforts to provide accurate specifications, colors, product options, pricing, and compatibility information. However, manufacturers may change products or specifications without notice and errors can occur.

Final equipment specifications and compatibility should be verified by the fulfilling pro shop before final setup and use.

Help Me Choose

Help Me Choose is an informational product-selection tool. Recommendations are based on information supplied by you, product information stored in the system, and defined selection and filtering rules.

The tool does not guarantee that a particular product is the only or perfect choice for you. Recommendations should be reviewed with the fulfilling pro shop before final purchase and setup. This tool is not professional, medical, safety, or other specialized advice.

Arrow Spine Selector

Any arrow-spine recommendation is an informational starting point based on customer-provided information, available manufacturer guidance, and the selection rules implemented by the website.

Actual arrow selection can depend on the complete bow and arrow configuration. Final arrow spine, arrow length, component compatibility, and safe setup must be verified by the fulfilling pro shop before final assembly and use.

These Terms do not override any manufacturer safety instructions.

Equipment Safety

Archery equipment should be:

  • Properly inspected
  • Properly assembled
  • Properly fitted
  • Used according to manufacturer instructions
  • Used with appropriate safety practices

Customers should follow manufacturer instructions and dealer guidance.

Returns, Refunds, and Cancellations

Because the final retail sale occurs through the fulfilling dealer, returns, refunds, exchanges, cancellations, special orders, and related retail policies are governed by the fulfilling dealer's policies provided in connection with the final transaction.

Submitting a website build request itself does not create a completed retail sale.

Manufacturer Names and Products

Product names, trademarks, logos, and other brand identifiers belong to their respective owners. The appearance of a manufacturer's products on the website indicates that products from that manufacturer may be available through Ridgeline or participating retailers; it does not, by itself, mean that the manufacturer sponsors, endorses, operates, or is formally partnered with this platform.

Intellectual Property

Except for third-party manufacturer trademarks, product assets, and other third-party materials, the website's original branding, written content, interface content, configuration experience, original graphics, and software and content owned by Ridgeline are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

Ridgeline does not claim ownership over manufacturer trademarks, manufacturer product photographs, manufacturer product descriptions, or other third-party intellectual property.

Prohibited Use

You agree not to:

  • Attempt unauthorized access to the website or its systems
  • Attempt to access Dealer or Admin areas without permission
  • Scrape or extract protected or non-public data in violation of law or these Terms
  • Interfere with website operation
  • Introduce malicious software
  • Submit fraudulent build requests
  • Impersonate another person
  • Attempt to circumvent security controls

Disclaimer

The service is provided subject to applicable law. Ridgeline makes reasonable efforts to maintain accurate and available functionality but cannot guarantee uninterrupted operation or that all information will always be error-free.

Product and configuration information should be verified before final purchase and use.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Ridgeline shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, arising from your use of the website or services.

This limitation does not apply to liability that cannot be disclaimed under applicable law.

Attorney review recommended: This limitation-of-liability provision should be reviewed by a qualified attorney before publication to ensure it complies with applicable Missouri law and does not attempt to disclaim liability that cannot legally be disclaimed.

Governing Law

To the extent permitted by applicable law, these Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Missouri, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles.

Attorney review recommended: The governing-law provision should be reviewed by a qualified attorney before publication. No mandatory arbitration, class-action waiver, jury-trial waiver, or forced venue provision has been included without explicit owner direction and attorney review.
